Shipping & Delivery Policy

Gurily is a fully digital platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no physical shipping or courier is involved with any purchase.

1. Digital delivery

  • Subscriptions, plans and platform features are activated on your account immediately after a successful payment.
  • Service-based purchases (e.g. distribution, promotions) begin processing right after payment and are delivered within the timeline shown for that service.
  • Access is delivered electronically through your Gurily account — there is nothing to ship.

2. Delivery confirmation

You will see the purchased plan or feature reflected in your account, and receive an on-screen and/or email confirmation once payment succeeds.

3. Delays or issues

If a paid feature is not activated within a few minutes of a successful payment, contact us at gurilyteam@gmail.com with your transaction reference and we will resolve it promptly. Refund eligibility is covered in our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Because all products are digital, this policy exists for transparency and payment-partner compliance — no physical delivery, address or courier is ever required.
