Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Gurily provides digital products and services — subscriptions, studio/creator plans, promotions, and platform features. This policy explains when payments can be cancelled and refunded.

1. Cancellation

  • You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
  • One-time purchases (e.g. a studio plan or promotion) can be cancelled before the work or delivery has begun.

2. Refunds

  • Duplicate or failed payments — if you are charged twice, or charged for a transaction that failed, we refund the extra amount in full.
  • Service not delivered — if a paid service is not delivered as described, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Subscriptions — fees already paid for the current period are generally non-refundable once the period has started, except where required by law.
  • Consumed / delivered digital services — work already completed or features already used are non-refundable.

3. How to request a refund

Email gurilyteam@gmail.com from your registered email with the transaction/order reference and reason. We review eligible requests within 3 business days.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment partner (Razorpay) and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
