Welcome to Gurily. By creating an account or using Gurily (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Gurily is a music-career platform for artists, fans, labels, brands and other creators in India. The Service lets artists create, distribute and earn from music, and lets fans discover, support and engage with artists.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. Content & ownership

Artists retain ownership of the music and content they upload. By uploading, you grant Gurily a licence to host, stream, distribute and promote that content through the Service and connected platforms. You confirm you have all rights necessary to do so. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.

4. Distribution

Where you choose to distribute, Gurily (directly or via partners) delivers your release to third-party platforms. Availability and timing depend on those platforms.

5. Payments, earnings & fan support

Certain features (subscriptions, fan support/investment, bookings, brand deals) may involve payments. These are governed by additional terms presented at the point of purchase. Fan support/investment features, where offered, are subject to separate, clearly disclosed agreements and applicable law; nothing on Gurily is financial or investment advice.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, infringe others’ rights, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or scrape/abuse our systems.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or its users.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Gurily is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post changes here and, where appropriate, notify you.
